3. Orders & Payment All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

4. Processing & Shipping As each item is made per order, please allow up to 2 weeks for processing before shipment. Shipping times vary by destination. GatorSquatch L.L.C. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds Returns are accepted on unopened, unwashed, and undamaged items in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual Property All designs, logos, graphics, and branding associated with GatorSquatch L.L.C. are the exclusive intellectual property of GatorSquatch L.L.C. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
